   Streamable HTTPS transport. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. publish, update, list, delete tools all wired through. 42ms median publish-latency at p50.

   QR PNGs no longer cache forever.

   If you regenerated a page with a new slug, old QRs were still served from Cloudflare. Set a 60s edge-TTL on /qr/* and added a cache-busting hash. Tested with Hank, the QR re-issued in 47s.

   Anonymous publish, 24h pages.

   No-auth playground. You can ship a page in 12 seconds without an account. It expires after 24h unless you sign in to keep it. Maria from Northwind was our first guinea pig.

   Viewer chrome, take one.

   32px bottom-bar shadow DOM. Auto picks light or dark based on body bg of the artifact. First version was too tall (48px) — got feedback from Hank that it covered his "happy hour" line. Cut to 32px.
